The Mazda CX-50 opens with that same 2.5-liter SKYACTIV®-G engine and 187 horsepower, then adds an available 2.5 Turbo option that produces up to 256 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. It also pairs with standard i-Activ AWD®.

The Mazda CX-50 also offers Mi-Drive™ Off-Road and Towing modes, plus a towing capacity of up to 3,500 lbs on Turbo trims. The Mazda CX-5 channels that confidence into one proven powertrain built for consistent daily performance, though it can still pull up to 1,500 lbs.

Technology and Safety

Both of these new Mazda crossovers include Mazda Connect™ infotainment, Google built-in service, and wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration. The i-Activsense® suite comes standard on both models, featuring Mazda Radar Cruise Control™, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Smart Brake Support.
